AVII is a 500 sqm residential interior project in Dubai by Gionova shaped around warm material transitions, sculptural detailing and a measured sense of calm. Timber, textured stone, soft upholstery and integrated lighting create a cohesive home while allowing each private space to develop its own atmosphere.

Warm restraint.
Distinctive moments.
The design language balances clean architectural lines with tactile surfaces. A restrained neutral base allows timber grain, stone texture and carefully selected focal elements to carry the visual character of the residence.
Rather than treating every room as a separate composition, AVII uses repeated material cues and controlled lighting to create continuity from the shared living areas into the more intimate bedroom spaces.

Timber, stone, tactile fabrics and subtle metallic accents create depth while keeping the overall palette controlled.
Integrated and indirect lighting emphasizes surfaces and proportions rather than acting as decoration on its own.
Repeated tones and details connect living and private spaces into one coherent residential language.

Bedroom study
A lighter bedroom composition reduces the palette to warm neutrals, stone and soft textile layers. The result is calm and deliberately understated, with lighting used to reinforce the horizontal architecture of the room.

AVII demonstrates how a restrained residential palette can still feel highly individual. Through proportion, texture, controlled contrast and integrated light, the project creates spaces that feel composed, warm and consistent from room to room.
